- Once enrolled, your place in the swimming lesson is yours every week until notice is given. Payment is required in 4 week blocks whether you attend or not. Payment is required for each subsequent block one week in advance.
- We are open for swimming lessons all year round except for the following: Bank Holidays, Good Friday and Easter Monday, December 24th to January 1st.
- You are entitled to two holidays per calendar year which you do not have to pay for. In order to take these we require at least 1 weeks notice.
- Due to different rates of learning, we may move swimmers around to ensure all learners are of a similar ability. Therefore, we reserve the right, at any time, to move your childs lessons to an agreeable time for both parties. We will try our very best to accommodate the change, but at worst, you may have to go back to the waiting list for a short while.
- Once your child has successfully completed a distance or stage, a certificate and badge can be purchased from reception for £3.00.
